  • Enjoy exclusive access to Tower Hill Historic Estate & Wedding Venue, choose to have access for the day of your event or for the entire weekend from Friday at 12:00 PM through Sunday at 12:00 PM, giving you 48 hours to relax, celebrate, and create unforgettable memories with family and friends!
  • Exclusive access to private acres of beautifully maintained Lowcountry grounds, including a scenic pond and picturesque gardens.
  • A breathtaking tree-lined entrance, draped in Spanish moss, providing the perfect backdrop for stunning wedding photography.
  • Historic Mansion lawn, ceremony can be set up and held at the entryway of the Main Mansion or on our lawn, offering multiple picturesque locations to exchange your vows.* (ceremony fees may apply depending on your selected package)
  • Elegant Banquet Hall, accommodating up to 80–90 seated guests or 120 for a standing reception.
  • The Lodge, a climate-controlled gathering space ideal for getting ready, relaxing with your wedding party or enjoying cocktail hour.
  • Pool and Sun Porch, creating a beautiful setting for bridal portraits, first looks, and memorable photographs.
  • Historic Bell Tower, allowing couples to commemorate their marriage with the ringing of the estate’s antique bells. ” Let love ring!”
  • On-site parking for guests.
  • Complimentary wireless internet available in select buildings.
  • Cleaning services included with your venue rental.

Overnight Accommodations (Available for an Additional Fee) Extend your celebration with overnight accommodations for family and friends.

  • Bridal Suite – Private Newlywed Retreat. An upstairs one-bedroom, one-bath suite designed for the newlyweds. With a beautifully crafted covered porch with a view of the pond.
  • Guest House – Charming Three-Bedroom, Cottage. Comfortable accommodations for overnight guests.
  • Marion House – Historic Four-Bedroom Residence. Spacious lodging perfect for family and members of your wedding party.

Additional Information

  • Tower Hill has a dedicated Wedding & Events Specialist Team who offer both full service wedding planning as well as day-of-coordination services. Our team is available to plan your special day, from catering details, seating accommodations, tent-table-chair rentals, wedding timelines, to connecting you with our dedicated florists and photographers.
  • A separate contract will be drawn up for our full service wedding planning, separate from venue rental.
  • Mandatory, licensed, day of event wedding planner is required to ensure your event runs smoothly. The day-of coordinator must be approve by Tower Hill.
  • Our commercial-grade kitchen is available exclusively for licensed caterers selected from our preferred vendor list.
  • The Banquet Hall includes two indoor restrooms and one outdoor restroom. Additional portable restroom facilities may be required for larger events.
  • Outdoor events will require rental of outdoor equipment from our preferred vendors list.
  • Smaller weddings, elopements, and private celebrations may be available. Please contact us for customized pricing and availability.
  • Event Insurance is required, more details are included within proposal/contract.
  • Limited ADA accessibility is available throughout the ceremony and reception areas.

Reservation & Payment Information

  • Reservation Retainer: A non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due within seven (7) days of signing the contract.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30–45 days prior to your event. Specific payment deadlines will be outlined in your contract.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable $1,000 incidental deposit is due at the time of booking and will be returned following your event, provided no damage to the property has occurred.

Optional Off-Site Ceremony Location

  • Pineville Chapel (1810)
    Located approximately 2 miles from Tower Hill, this beautifully preserved historic chapel is available through an independent third-party provider for an additional minimum fee of $500 to cover the Pineville Chapel Sermon Cost.
